If you are seconded through YER, your employment contract is with us. While we place you with clients from our network, you are employed by YER.

You are entitled to the same employment conditions as comparable employees directly employed by the client. In addition, YER may offer extra benefits, such as coaching, training, and masterclasses.

The exact conditions vary per contract and industry. Your YER consultant will be happy to go through all options with you personally.

Yes, in many cases you can. After your secondment period, you can transition to the client or choose a new secondment contract with YER. Increasingly, professionals also work on a temp to perm basis. This means the intention is for you to join the client after the agreed minimum secondment period.

This varies per assignment. You can work on both long and short term projects. On average, assignments last around one and a half years, but this depends on the professional field and industry.
