My career in job placement started in 2012, and I’ve been with YER since 2021. My focus is on the field of building-related installation engineering, where I’m responsible for intermediation services for talented, technical professionals. I’m the point of contact for both them and the interesting client they have in mind. My knowledge of the market is constantly growing, and I take pleasure in sharing the latest insights with my business contacts. I respond quickly in collaborations, I’m a good listener, and I know how to identify opportunities. If a candidate doesn’t initially fit a profile 100%, I look for opportunities that allow both parties to reach a consensus. During consultations with clients, the short-term goal is obviously paramount, but I also map out what a long-term collaboration can look like.
