Since 2016, I have been active in recruitment, holding various roles including Talent Manager and Branch Manager. As a Talent Manager, I focused on training mechatronics professionals, which provided me with valuable experience in developing talent and gaining deep insight into the industry. With over ten years of experience in recruitment and a completed post-HBO degree in Business Administration & Management, I am able to think strategically alongside my clients.
