I’ve been working in the job placement sector since 2008. At YER, I’m the commercial manager for IT and Technology in the Northern, Eastern and Central Netherlands. My passion is to bring supply and demand together on a human level, a process in which I ensure a strong focus on client needs and respect for everyone's interests. Achieving success and seeing candidates and clients satisfied gives me a thrill. Thanks to my perseverance, creativity and commercial insight, I’m able to identify and create connections.
