Reason for the vacancy: It is a replacement for a consultant which leaves earlier than expected.

The interviews will be scheduled on the following dates:
11th of February: 09.30 – 11.30 hrs.
13th of February: 09.00 – 11.00 hrs.
17th of February: 15.00 – 17.00 hrs.
20th of February: 10.00 – 11.00 hrs.

Start date: asap
End date: 12 months from start date
Minimum hours: 32, 40 preferably

Functie

  • Responsible for tactical and strategic HRM
  • Focus is on sector manager, departmental manager or country manager
  • Independent in advising the sector manager and departmental manager on HR topics
  • Drives sector(s) and translates business goals towards HR, makes improvements and delegates or implements these in business

  • Follows up HR Calendar
  • Emphasizes the importance of HRM in the business
  • Makes improvement in HR tooling& processes
  • Additional for HR Line in country / region: can also be responsible for expert areas (C&B, Recruitment, People Development and Processes)
  • Responsible for tactical and strategic HRM

Profiel

Education

Bachelor (HRM or Business Administration) with or Masters degree (HRM or BA) (preference)

Experience
  • Is able to and demonstrates leadership skills to guide managers and employees in their performance and development
  • Is aligned with managers and deals with tactical and strategic HR questions
  • Is seen as HR expert by (senior) managers and senior employees and advises them on HR issues
  • Is known in the business and is first approached in case of tactical and strategically HR issues
  • Advises and directs managers to plan and manage the human resource implications of business goals
  • Ensures that HR processes and tools help the business deliver results
  • Advises and coaches sr. managers, directors and HR managers on leadership competences
  • Is able to manage complex projects
  • Gives input on and influences HR business plans
  • Is able to facilitate teams in own sector drives team development
