In this role you will support the Design project accountant on project administration, customer billing and publishing dashboards.


Responsibilities for the role are:

  • Project administration: the creation, update and closure of all program & project related data in Philips systems (SAP & Clarity)
  • Monthly billing to Philips businesses, markets and external customers
  • Weekly publishing dashboards and reports to the Design community
  • Data analysis on request
  • Project accountancy support to the Design project community
  • Development of project accountancy roadmap and tactics
  • Project administration activities; creation and maintenance of all program & project related data in Philips systems
  • Project cost invoicing to Philips businesses and markets
  • Development, maintenance and publication of dashboards and reports
  • Development, maintenance and release of Design specific tools
  • WBSO subsidy submission, in close cooperation with internal Philips subsidy department
  • Data analysis including conclusions and recommendations
  • Communication to stakeholders related to project accountancy matters
  • Support to the Design community - Project Managers, Design Business Partners, Design Team Leads
  • Coordination of small team with project administrators

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (finance, economics, etc)
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in an equal role in an international company
  • English language fluent, verbally and in writing
  • Collaborative, open and approachable, with strong communication skills
  • Ability to steer small team of administrators on activities and deliverables
  • Drive for accuracy and quality in own work
  • Excel expert level (including power query, power pivot, VBA programming)
  • SharePoint practitioner level (able to create and adjust SharePoint forms and Lists
