YER is curently looking for a HR Subject Matter Expert at PHILIPS in Eindhoven.


Your responsibilities:
• Analyze People Data Store user access requests and correct when needed before approval S&A action
• Daily handling data service requests and check with Workday and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ to approve/reject so PDS support second line team can work at it
• Daily handling duplicates:
o analyze situation in Workday, in SailPoint Identity IQ and in People Data Store to define correct actions
o approve and check after merge
o inform People Data Store downstream systems and raise service request for People Finder (from daily to 2 times a week)
o collect removals for SailPoint Identity IQ and raise service request for SailPoint on Friday
• Monthly generate report People Data Store Duplicate Statistics and publish after review
• Regular checks on data quality for known issues and arrange repair data at source system or in PDS via service requests
• Weekly analyze People Data Store repository gap checks: PDS_Interface versus PDS_Collect and PDS_Collect versus PDS_Distribution
• Bi-weekly or monthly analyze People Data Store gap check SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Format People Data Store gap check CONCUR and add summary
• Daily handling value exceptions to split the file per country and arrange service requests in HR Now
• Define manual download for interface file Billing Team, described in WI and arrange monthly the needed service request
• Define manual download for interface file Credit-360, described in WI and download monthly first working day
• Define manual download for interface file E-Miles, described in WI and arrange bi-weekly the needed service request
• Define temporary manual download for interface file CONCUR type 350, described in WI and download weekly on Tuesday
• Define temporary manual download for interface file Fusion / Everest, described in WI and download weekly on Friday
• Support to IT in operational incidents and service requests using Service Now
• Support to HR in operational service request in Service Now part HR Now

We are looking for:
• Bachelor or Master level
• Strong analytical / IT skills
• Experience with HR processes and tools
• Service mind-set, with a focus on process excellence and data quality
• A proactive mind-set
• Min. of 5 years working experience
