As Test Automation Engineer, you are responsible for:

  • Guaranteeing the quality of the software by specifying tests, and automating these
  • Defining acceptance criteria & supported scenario’s together with a Product Owner & developers
  • Managing test plans, test, and traceability reports according to the used procedures

  • Enjoy working in cross-functional teams
  • Love being involved in a challenging new high-tech product from concept to final release
  • Feel comfortable in an environment where requirements change due to early validation with actual customers


A cross-functional agile team based in Eindhoven, and part of a project consisting of multiple teams distributed over the Netherland. Furthermore, you will be closely cooperating with the core testing team of VitalHealth: a group of more than 15 functional and technical test professionals (base mostly in Ede)

  • Hbo / wo work and thinking level
  • At least 3 years of experience as a software tester
  • Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and related test automation tools (Cucumber / SpecFlow) (must)
  • Experience with CI / CD, DevOps, Cloud and Agile / Scrum (advantage)
  • Knowledge of medical software applications (advantage)
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written
  • Accurate, analytical, a team player and has good communication skills
  • Open for traveling to Ede on a weekly basis
