For the fast growing, innovative and ambitious company People Intouch we are looking for good candidates for the position of Business Development Manager.

For People Intouch, YER is recruiting an entrepreneurial, international and results-oriented Business Development Manager.

As a Senior Business Development Manager you will sell the products to new customers and new markets. Next to that you are a strong relationship manager. In this role you actively engage in sales activities yourself and by doing so, fulfil an exemplary role towards your team members and other colleagues within the organisation.

You are part of the business development team: a winning, highly motivated and inspiring sales team.

Focus on results is important as well as the self-starting ability that both you and the team members need to have. The sales objectives of People Intouch are clear: structural and quantified growth in the number of customers. Entrepreneurship and result oriented are competencies that must be in your genes!

People Intouch is a group of young, passionate and highly educated professionals. Every day they help multinationals in tracking down and preventing misconduct. In order to do this, they have developed the SpeakUp® system. SpeakUp® makes it possible for employees of these multinationals to anonymously report misconduct and unethical behaviour in their native language, 24/7/365 days per year. Not only does SpeakUp® offer the opportunity to report these wrongdoings, it also facilitates a dialogue between the reporter and the recipient, while guaranteeing the anonymity of the reporter. This enables employees to report wrongdoings happening in their department directly to headquarter level, without having to fear retaliation. People Intouch’s goal is to hereby create a speak up culture, in which everyone feels safe and listened to.

People Intouch has been working to accomplish this goal for the past 15 years, making them a true expert in the field of compliance, ethics and fraud. People Intouch has the ambition to further expand its leading position worldwide, to enlarge its 'thought leadership' in the field of misconduct reporting and to ambitiously grow its turnover over the next years.

The core values of the company are:

  • Be a partner
  • Strive for excellence
  • Be passionate
  • Have fun
  • Be fair

Next to the opportunity to be part of a fast growing, innovative and ambitious company, they offer:

  • Being part of the ‘PIT Family’
  • Working in the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam
  • Competitive salary
  • Good pension
  • Full coverage of travel expenses (both nationally and internationally)
  • Best lunch in town.

You are intrinsically motivated to achieve the best results for the customer and People Intouch both in the short and long term and you are a consultative seller in heart and soul. You achieve the highest level possible in consultative sales. This means no e-mail is good enough until you have answered ‘the why’ behind the clients’ questions and considered various strategies for the best reply. Together with your team you are impressed by every e-mail you sent!
