The HR Analyst (expected duration is 12 months) will be part of the WW HR Processes and Information team within ASML, whose mission is to develop and support HR process execution enabled by technology. HR P&I is the functional owner of the main HR systems (e.g. HR4U/MyTalent) and is responsible for worldwide HR reporting and analytics.


The junior Analyst will ensure a generalist role within the team, supporting specifically:

  • Provide access to HR systems (HR4U, My Talent, Dashboards, etc.)
  • Maintain, monitor and improve HR system access set up
  • Support HR Reporting: ad-hoc reporting for HR and HR standard reporting (periodic reporting)
  • General HR system support:
    - Routine maintenance tasks related to all HR systems
    - New developments: RPA, SharePoint and overall HRIS
  • Standard ticket handling to HRIS vendor(s)
  • Support/back up colleagues during peak moments in various HR Processes (performance, compensation, reorganizations)
  • Support key users with internal improvement initiatives and cross sector projects, both system as well as change management related

Bachelor degree (hbo), HR is a welcome plus


  • Candidates with no working experience can be considered. Any working experience in the field of HRIS (other IT) in an international environment is not required but a plus
  • Knowledge of handling complex (HR) data and preferably HR processes
  • Excellent knowledge of excel (e.g. lookup formulas, pivot tables…) and overall good familiarity/learning agility with systems
