For the HR Captive Delivery department in Oss we are currently looking for a HR administrative specialist. The preferred start date is August, 2019.


Reporting into the HR Service Delivery Team Lead, the HRSD Administrative Specialist will play an important and active role in various HR processes for the benefit of the entire EMEA region. You serve as the first point of contact for escalations by HR Support Center regarding local administrative issues. As such, the HRSD Administrative Specialist collaborates with HR Support Center, HR Business partners and CoE’s regarding day to day business. For all activities you will demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset to have issues solved at root cause.

As part of the role you will also be responsible for:

Local (NL) support:

  • Take care of letter handling and filing
  • Tier 2 support: handle escalations from HR Support Center regarding local NL issues
  • Letter creation in case of
    o Large scale shift allowance changes
    o Mass legal entity change
    o Large scale restructuring; handle expense reimbursements and education requests of redundant employees
  • Deliver information to HR Support Center upon request, f.e. regarding interpretation of policies (CLA and law)

Regional support:

  • Management Organization Support:
    o Handle support requests and have regional HtR changes processed through HR Support Center
    o Tier 2 escalations

Global Mobility Support:

  • monitor and process regional changes in HtR regarding Global Mobility
  • Tier 2 escalations

You will be employed via YER and seconded to the MSD organization.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in HR, in a complex multinational environment
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of relevant labor, social and fiscal legislation (Local)
  • Proven knowledge and experienced in working with payroll systems, Excel, Word
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of the HR business model
  • Used to work process-based and able to make connections
  • Accurate
  • Strong listening & comprehension skills
  • Strong problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels in an organization
  • Strong ability to work in teams (international)
  • Stress resistant
  • Flexible and strong cultural awareness
