For a leading global technology, software and consulting business in Baarn we are recruiting a Client Care (Service) Coordinator.


As Service Coordinator you are a direct focal point for our existing customers and gives support to the Service and Sales organization allowing to serve customers efficient and effective. When receiving a requisition of the customer it will be your duty to propose a solution and when ordered by the customer to execute the service project/activity. You will also coordinate all service activities of the service contracts (SLA) based on the agreed scope. Duties include planning and organizing resources required to execute assigned service projects/contracts and apply financial controls. You will act as key contact for communication between the customer and the different departments within our organization. Understand our global vision for service and will develop our service business forward with support of subject matter experts. The service types at our customers are application software based process automation systems installed in industrial processes including food, pharmacy, manufacturing, oil & gas and energy.

You are responsible for:

  • Direct focal point of the customer for requisitions of our services and take ownership for driving the activities in the internal organization forward
  • Coordinate and plan service activities between assigned customers and the Service department for proposals, service projects and SLA’s
  • Facilitate and collect solutions for complex technical issues and draft proposals in line with Sales strategy
  • Monitor margins of the service projects and SLA’s with focus on growth
  • Initiate financial activities like booking orders, cost planning and invoicing
  • Visit customers for (service) meetings and maintain long-term relationship

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in a technical area
  • 0-2 years of working experience, preferably within industrial environment
  • Effective user of MS Office
  • Fluent speaking and writing in (technical) Dutch and English
  • In possession of driver license B
  • Affinity with automation and software
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
