For a global multinational with the headoffice in the Netherlands we are looking for a medior Rewards Specialist (period 1 June-15 december, full time, located in Amsterdam)

Functie

• Implement, improve and maintain the (new) reward package at Corporate Office
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders (mainly HR Services) to effectuate upcoming changes in the Reward Package systems, processes and payroll
• Be the subject matter expert on the Corporate Office Reward policies, processes and job evaluation
• Initiate, drive and ‘own’ simplification of the job grading structure and process for non-Senior Management positions
• Perform job, employee data and reward analyses to make further improvements
• Provide consultancy and service in Reward processes for HR Business Partners
• Own and execute the yearly Reward Cycle for non-Senior Management positions and execute Senior Management compensation processes in cooperation with Global Rewards
• Prepare analysis and proposals for discussions with the Group Works Council and unions

Profiel

The ideal candidate has:
• Significant relevant experience in Reward within a multinational/ corporate
• Thorough knowledge of job grading
• In-depth knowledge of benchmarking
• The ability to deal with complex issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant experience with project management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience with working in an international environment
• An independent, analytical, accurate, quality driven, pro-active and positive attitude
