For an international and IT oriented consulting firm in Amsterdam (Zuidas) we are searching for a management assistant to assist the dynamic and client focused Agile Practice.

Functie

Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain calendars; which includes scheduling and organizing internal and external meetings and resolving calendar conflicts as they occur
  • Organize Agile (training) workshops and for clients
  • Coordinate point-to-point travel needs (flights, hotels, cars), tracks travel/meeting changes
  • Keep (client) contacts up to date
  • Handle phone calls
  • Type, fax, e-mail, send and generally handle outgoing correspondence in Dutch and English; some independently, some from draft
  • Produce case related documents and dispatch them if required
  • Print, copy and bind presentations and case materials on request
  • Coordinate production requirements with Graphics or Office Tiger
  • Submit and reconcile Timesheet and Expenses for Principals
  • Assist in recruiting process of new Management Assistants

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Help with other activities/practice area organization/special events/backup on request;
  • Replace other Assistants temporarily in their absence.

Profiel

Qualifications:
  • HAVO degree and preferably secretarial school (bachelor level) with at least 2 years secretarial experience
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Familiar with basic office equipment (copier, scanner, fax, etc.)
  • Sound knowledge of and fluency in Dutch and English
