Challenging European logistics position!
This position controls and monitors logistics claims for European Samsung sales subsidiaries. You will handle logistics claims for sales subsidiaries and help to support implementation of EU wide processes and procedures.
In addition to the operational responsibility, you will also advise SELS management on the implementation of new processes or procedures that will create efficiencies and support innovation.
This function will furthermore oversee the management of the company’s insurance policies. You will be responsible in assisting the team manager with managing insurance expiry dates and negotiating new terms. You will also keep informed of new insurance requirements in order to advise stakeholders on necessary adjustments or improvements to the insurance policies.
For both claims and insurance management, your strong communication skills will enable you to create strong internal networks to improve cooperation between all involved parties.

Samsung Electronics in Europe includes 3 factories, 2 R&D centers and 17 sales subsidiaries. Currently we are recruiting for Samsung Electronics Europe Logistics B.V. (SELS), which is the Central European logistics organization of Samsung Electronics based in Delft, The Netherlands.
SELS functions as a logistics and financial control tower within SEC Europe, with a focused role in logistics & supply chain strategy, innovation and monitoring. SELS has approximately 140 employees located in the Netherlands and Slovakia.

- Bachelor degree and relevant experience (2-5 years in logistics)
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required
- Relevant knowledge of transport conventions and regulations
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred
- Strong communication skills
