Are you the Sales Engineer our client is looking for? If you are interesed in a combination of Product Development, Business Development and Electrochemistry you might be the one.
You will participate with product development and commercial activities.
Your primary tasks:
Development of new methodology and improvement of existing techniques: The continuous innovations in Electrochemical technology, both in applications and instrumentation, demand novel measurement methods, for instance testing on batteries, fuel cells and solar cells.
Customer application support: Advising customers on the use of our products, and analysis of measurement data.
Commercial representation: Sales and marketing to our direct customers, and liaising with our distributors/resellers worldwide. You will be visiting international conferences, for exhibitions and product demonstrations.
Our client, founded in 2003, is a fast growing high-tech company. Currently they are one of the world leading manufacturers of Electrochemical instrumentation. The main products are potentiostats, galvanostats and batttery-cyclers. Customers are Universities and Industrial research laboratories worldwide.

You have completed an academic or PhD education, with a specialization in (Electro) Chemistry or comperable, and experience with practical research using potentiostats. You have a good command of written and spoken English. Ability to communicate in Dutch is an advantage, but not mandatory.
You are result driven, creative and enterprising. You do not object to travel international (about 6 weeks per year)
