For Aevitas Property Partners, YER would like to get in touch with a hands-on Financial Reporting Manager. In this position you will take ownership of the accounting and the financial reporting of the Aevitas group of companies.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Perform day-to-day accounting for holding, financing and management entities
  • Perform quarterly closing procedures and variance analysis
  • Provide support to the quarterly closing procedures and financial reporting for (foreign) group companies
  • Perform consolidation and prepare group reporting to US shareholder
  • Perform cash management and support group treasury function
  • Prepare statutory accounts
  • Provide support to the annual audit process and tax reporting requirements
  • Assist with the development and further enhancement of internal control framework, monitor compliance with policies and procedures and participate in internal audit process
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as required

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting (or other relevant fields such as Auditing or Business Administration) and is at the second stage of his/her financial career
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an external audit, trust or international holding environment
  • Familiarity with complex group structures and related accounting topics such as consolidation, foreign currency, local vs group accounting (IFRS and US GAAP)
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Ambition to learn and hands-on mentality
  • Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experienced with an ERP system and advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • An interest in the real estate sector and international financial markets
  • Fluent in English (and preferably also Dutch)
