For the Baoli brand in the Benelux and Scandinavian region, we are looking for a smart, creative, confident, determined, self-motivated and proactive Dealer Manager.


Your role as Baoli division sales manager
You will contribute to scaling our fast growing Baoli dealer network. This includes building up our Baoli dealer network by visiting dealer candidates per month. This role will offer you the opportunity to:

  • Achieve Baoli EMEA Country Order Intake and delivery target
  • List all forklift companies in the country
  • Evaluate truck unit sales potential region BUS
  • Price assertion – obtain and update yearly competitors price lists and discounts
  • Evaluate dealers – complete dealer profile form
  • Maintain and update dealer files
  • Order and maintain minimum Baoli 10 units for showroom, demonstration and stock
  • Sign dealer contracts with yearly truck and parts targets
  • Fix and complete yearly sales training programs dealers
  • Provide all sales tools, brochures and training materials to each dealer
  • Compile Baoli EMEA monthly sales reports
  • Visit all dealers regularly – minimum on a quarterly basis
  • Assist in any payment issues from dealers

In your role you will:

  • Report directly to the Head of Sales of the business line MHE in the region Benelux, UK, Scandinavia
  • Be part of the international Baoli business team
  • Work closely with the dealers the Benelux and Scandinavia

Need to have:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, economics or logistics or working at this level
  • At least five years of experience in the competitive forklift market or similar industries
  • Knowledge about actual trends/logistic solutions over all markets/industries
  • Willingness to travel to dealers in the Benelux and Scandinavia
  • Good English speaker (it is a must, a native speaker is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational talent and enjoying overview oriented tasks
  • Able to manage time effectively and work under strict deadlines
