Would you like to be involved in championing International Account Management towards current customers of the fast growing market-leader in the field of standard business software for the automation of cash supply chain management? Please continue reading.
You are eager to work in International Account Management for customers all over the world. Understanding the cash supply chain, the cash management business processes, our customer’s business environment and Transtrack’s standard software product in depth are all key to be that successful account manager in our business. You are between our customers and the service delivery teams, focused on increasing customer satisfaction and therefore engaging with internal process owners, managers and customer representatives at different organizational levels.
Based in Amsterdam, the International Account Manager is a key position, which is about taking ownership of customer requests, engagement with different levels within the customer organization and creating and implementing plans to improve account management and services towards customers. You organize and manage the operational process of account management to properly deliver towards requests, provide information on services & product roadmap and manage KPI’s towards customers.
Transtrack International is global market-leader in the field of standard business software for the automation of cash supply chain management. With its installed base in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia the focus is expansion into many more countries in these and other continents. Transtrack, with about 50 Transtrackers worldwide, operates from Science Park in Amsterdam & Kiev, Ukraine and has established a global distributor network. The team based in Amsterdam consists of Sales, Consultants, Product development and Support staff and travels around the world to sell and implement the software. Typical clients are Commercial Banks, Central Banks, Cash Management businesses, Retailers and Cash Transportation & Processing businesses.

- About 4 years’ experience in Account Management in software
- Fluent in Dutch is a good asset
- BSc/MSc degree
- Fluent in English in reading & writing
- Strong communicative and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, self-starter, strong drive, team player, positive attitude, perseverance, strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment
- Strong client focus and eager to take ownership
- This is no 9-5 job and requires flexibility to travel
