For Atoss, YER is recruiting a Head of Sales.


  • Responsible for all sales and business development activities in the Dutch market
  • Sales of workforce management (WFM) software solutions in the B2B-sector in the NL (industry focus: retail, logistics, services)
  • Continuous development of an individual sales pipeline with an adequate number of qualified prospects
  • Acquisition of new accounts (around 90% of sales activities)
  • Development of existing accounts – key account management (around 10% of sales activities)
  • Consulting clients in WFM related processes; identifying potentials and need for improvements; industry focus: retail
  • Project management (including internal/external coordination of stakeholders/team members)
  • Establishing and maintaining successful partnerships with prospects/clients; networking (with decision makers, C-level)
  • Short-term: Fast development of know-how in ATOSS specific topics (WFM)
  • Short-term: Within 12 month: acquisition of 1-2 new clients
  • Mid-term: After 24 month: acquisition of 5-6 new clients/year, 2-3 clients worth more than 100k revenue

  • Excellent remuneration


  • Bachelor/Master degree; ideal: Business related or IT
  • Professional background in IT-process or strategy consulting
  • Work experience minimum 3 years with proven track record in Strategy/IT process consulting ((Senior) Consultant – Level)
  • Continuous, documented and proven operative excellence
  • High level of sales affinity in previous consulting practice
  • Knowledge in process consulting and process analysis (ideal: HR related, ERP… )
  • Language skills: Dutch (native), English (fluent), German or other European languages would be beneficial
