Very nice opportunity for an Engineering Change Analyst. The right person is an organized self-starter able to multitask in a fast-paced multinational environment. Someone who is flexible, adaptable, and independently self-driven to achieve goals and objectives


  • Successfully process ECO, MCO, Deviation, Stop Action, and other configuration control tools in support of activities for all aspects of the Product Development Lifecycle
  • Enforces strict adherence to rules for complex BOMs, documentation, revision, version, disposition, and system constraints
  • Drives the continuous improvement of Change Control and Document Control processes
  • Champions initiatives to continuously improve change order cycle time
  • Conducts systems training for users
  • Participates in testing system enhancements
  • Point of contact representative for communications to and from members of extended teams in worldwide locations
  • Generate management level metrics reports

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in training plus work experience
  • Minimum two years direct experience in change control and configuration management in a technology company
  • Hands-on experience with the Agile PLM system or equivalent, Oracle EBS is a plus
  • Extensive experience supporting Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, EMS, Suppliers, and ODM partners
  • Experienced in interpreting and practicing ISO controlled processes
  • Familiar with supply chain concepts, materials movement, and production processes
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, Google applications is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English is required, competency in German, Dutch, and/or French is a plus
  • Eligible for US Security Clearance
