In this role you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Management Team members. This includes executing various activities to deliver high-level service to internal customers, developing, implementing and monitoring service levels; analyzing performance results and opportunities for improvement and securing the quality, quantity and continuity of your work. You need to be able to plan ahead and keep deadlines, define priorities and structure daily operations in a logical way for a large number of tasks and pay attention to details. You need to have strong MS Word (incl. Excel) and communication skills to be able to communicate and report clearly, concisely and directly to peers and (internal) customers. Finally you have to have an open mind for changes and new developments as this will be part of the challenging task.

Functie

Daily responsibilities:

  • Proactive secretarial/administrative support to the Management Team members
  • Agenda management: arrange/coordinate appointments, conferences, meetings and some events
  • Arrange business travel
  • Prepare expense reports
  • First screening and process e-mail and incoming calls of the Management Team members
  • Assist in projects, manage and follow up on projects independently

Profiel

  • A higher vocational/professional education (Bachelor Degree)
  • A few years relevant recent experience within international organization
  • Excellent in the English and Dutch language, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (incl. Excel)
  • Pro-active and can-do attitude
  • You are able to define priorities and structure daily operations in a logical way for a large number of tasks
  • Highly accurate, eye for detail
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, organization sensitivity and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Able to occasionally work under stress and set priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and capable of handling confidential information
  • You live in the Amsterdam area
