Over deze vacature

Within ASML IT the BCPMS ART supports primarily the Business Performance Improvement department, whose mission it is to improve the (non-product related) Business Performance by translating strategy via an improvement portfolio to execution and deployment. Portfolio Management is one of the key disciplines in this ART, next to enterprise Architecture. Although the scope of the BPI department is non product related improvement initiatives, the portfolio management tooling is also used to support Product development, and requirements from both domains need to be taken into account.

You will work closely together with the System Architect of the ART as well as the agile team that supports the current tooling.

Our current PFM tooling Project Online will be end of support in the coming years - 2025. We need to work out a plan for an alternative Portfolio tool and deliver the following key deliverables:

  • Ensure that PFM principles and requirements are translated in tooling selection criteria based on input from the stakeholders
  • Deliver the portfolio landscape architecture including dependencies with Enterprise Architecture / Capability Planning and agreed data sources
  • Create an implementation- and migration plan to support users moving to the new IT Portfolio landscape
  • Work out processes and guidelines how to use the tooling
