ASML supports the semiconductor industry’s ongoing quest for producing faster, smarter and more energy efficient chips. ASML creates lithographic systems that the semiconductor industry needs to achieve these goals. This can only be accomplished with a strong cooperation with ASML’s suppliers. The Cluster Support team within Business Support is looking for an enthusiastic Cluster Support Analyst who is able to drive progress and adherence on Cost of Goods and Capability Management within the S&SC clusters.

Role and responsibilities

ASML has grown a factor 2 in the past five years. This kind of scaling has an effect on our own organization including in the way we work with suppliers. Within your role you are the linking pin between the Sourcing department and other internal stakeholders (Finance, Project Leads, Compliance). You support your cluster in effective and efficient cost management and proactively identify improvement opportunities.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Represent our team in a specific cluster and drive process adherence on Cost and Supplier Performance topics
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management relationships
  • Deliver worldwide sourcing performance management information to a specific cluster from the ASML Sourcing & Supply Chain organization
  • Communicate results and act as a proactive business partner
  • Support business with reporting, analysis, and improvement proposals
  • Provide guidance/training to users in your areas of technical expertise
  • Contribute to improvement projects

Education and experience

  • Relevant bachelor/master degree (e.g. supply chain management or engineering)
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a large international company, ideally supply chain, engineering, operations or procurement background
  • Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and/or relevant industry
