As part of ASML’s Great Place to Work initiative, Corporate Real Estate (CRE) started a program to implement ASML’s new way of working in a flexible, Activity Based Working (ABW) environment. To provide an excellent user experience End-User Services, as part of Core IT Services, is involved in the ABW program. Each construction and renovation project includes the rollout of relevant IT, audio and video equipment to desks and meeting rooms based on the Blueprint CRE&IT.

As part of IT End-User Services the Project Manager Workspace Execution will be responsible to manage several construction and renovation-related projects. The Project Manager Workspace Execution is leading several construction and renovation-related projects and is therefore responsible for managing the resources, quality, timing, and scope. Characteristics for these projects are: multidisciplinary (internal partners and external partners), technically complex, covering from fast track to longer lead times, and complex stakeholder management.


The Project Manager Workspace Execution represents IT User Support within IT End-User Services, as part of Core IT Services, towards CRE and other internal customers. Besides this, your role includes:

  • Drive technical projects according to the CRE relocation project and Upgrade off-Campus building project
  • Make inventories of requirements, architecture and scope
  • Steer on deliverables with a human approach
  • Collaborate with other project managers, both CRE and IT
  • Report status and progress to the Program Manager ABW Workplace & AV Product Owner Workspace Execution
  • Manage implementations, risks and evaluation
  • Actively guide the end users through their change together with CRE
  • Coordinate planning and quality with involved suppliers and third parties
  • Guide process improvements

Education and experience

Relevant bachelor or master degree e.g. Information Technology, Facility Management, or similar level obtained through work experience


  • 5 years+ experience, of which 2 years experience in this or comparable job
  • A strong focus and proven track record on IT Workplace and IT AV services is a must
  • Must have knowledge of functional and technical setup of IT Infrastructure in a brought sense
  • Strong project management skills
