Context of the position

You will start your job in the Onboarding team, this is one of our sub-teams within People Services Europe.

People Services Europe exist of around 90 employees, all based in the Netherlands

Job Mission

People Services Europe is the people contact center for employees and managers within Europe and is responsible for managing all Hire2Retire Operational processes. As a HR Representative, you support HR in the area of Onboarding of new hires. You are responsible for interacting with general management, HR managers and employees by providing insights and solutions to diverse scenarios by phone, mail or via our HR systems. You will be part of a dynamic team within People Services organization in a fast growing and continuously changing international high tech company, with lots of career and development opportunities.


  • Responsible for submitted information and ensure that all required information is complete and correct
  • Answer questions of customers on application status and check with vendors on agreed deadlines
  • Responsible for the Payroll of all new hires
  • Sharing, obtaining and maintaining knowledge is key
  • Deliver based on agreements (KPI/SLA)
  • Drive high standards and first time right service delivery
  • Drive efficiency improvements while also keeping the customer needs in mind

  • Being able to keep focus in a changing environment
  • HBO or Bachelor's degree or equivalent gained through experience preferably within HR
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • You are comfortable with IT tools such as MS office on high level or any other automated programs
  • You are able to structure your day to day activities in an efficient way, even when your workload is high
  • You have good communication and administrative skills and want to develop new practical competences or build upon your current ones
  • You have a sharp mind with interest in solving problems and you know how to provide an excellent customer experience, keeping the large variety in background and nationality of our population in mind
