For Philips Domestic Appliances in Amsterdam (or Eindhoven), The Netherlands, YER is looking for a  Product Owner Content Management. It's a full time (32 hours negotiable), temporary position for at least six months, with the possibility of extension.

Functie

Product Owner Content Management

In this role, you will be on the forefront of shaping and optimizing Philips Domestic Appliances Content Management capability across the globe. With your extended knowledge of corporate content management operating models and related mar-tech tooling, you will be responsible for the design, build and deployment of Domestic Appliances content operating model (process, governance, tech, platform KPIs, trainings) ensuring Domestic Appliances businesses and markets are enabled to produce content in-time and on-quality.

You are responsible for

• Assessing Domestic Appliances current content operating model and technical mar-tech setup
• Gathering content management requirements across the organization, working closely with creative team and IT to translate in solutions.
• Act as Product Owner for the content operating model and mar-tech setup within Domestic Appliances marketing transformation program including creating and managing the content program road map.
• Designing Domestic Appliance future content operating model including designing new processes, tooling, RACIs, SLAs & KPIs.
• Building the future content management operating model across the globe together with creative team, IT, suppliers and other key stakeholders.
• Deploying the future content management operating model within Domestic Appliances businesses and 30+ countries (deployment roadmap, comms, ensuring training is in place).
• Re-define content delivery governance model and SLAs
• Manage comms and program updates concerning the content transformation stream within the wider transformation program.
• Scope of the future operating model includes ensuring on time on quality and completeness of structured (product) and unstructured content delivery such as images, photography, videos, leaflets and more for digital or non-digital usage.
• While focus is on developing the future operating model, role will include ad hoc supporting the current content operating model.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Bachelor, Master or comparable practical experience
• Minimum 6 of professional experience in corporate content management.
• End-to-end digital experience with a strong feel for content & creative management, IT and commerce.
• Deep expertise of corporate content management tech and data management tooling.
• Expertise with Stibo STEP and/or Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong PO experience and track record of building and delivering corporate digital infrastructure interfacing between business and IT.
• Track record to include delivering global corporate digital or content infrastructure.
• Experience with LEAN management.
• Experience with designing new operating models including processes and RACIs.
• Experience in managing teams in an agile (marketing) environment preferred
• Superior analysis, research, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Business English
• Great communication skills - ability to explain detailed technicalities to experts and zoom out to explain to senior stakeholders, including creating clear program updates in Powerpoint
• Substantial facilitation skills and stakeholder management skills
• Able to flourish in a corporate international environment with multiple teams to liaise with
• Proven experience in building and transforming an organization from people, tooling, data and process
• Working experience in consumer focused, complex, matrixed, multinational environment. Preferably with experience in consumer goods, online services, e-commerce, or mobile applications
