We are looking for an Communications Manager, well-versed in communications for transformation programs and with a special talent for coordinating and executing the creation of impactful and creative communications that stimulate employee experience and engagement. It's a position for a minimum of 24 hours per week (up to 40), for twelve months from starting date, starting immediately.

You have a knack for understanding how employees perceive certain changes and how effective communication can guide people through change. A genuine team player, always focused on the bigger picture and driving key messages, and at the same time hands-on on the delivery.

Functie

HRizon is one of ASML’s key HR breakthrough programs for 2020-22 and focuses on establishing end-to-end people processes and future-proof systems that enhance the employee experience. This program entails a change in: 

  • Use of HR systems;
  • Processes and ways of working; 
  • Responsibilities of managers, HR and employees.

A large part of your role is to develop and execute effective communication activities and initiatives to help drive our HRizon program. You are well versed in aligning with different stakeholders and know when to challenge and when to jump in to opportunities. You are an integral part of our HRizon change and communications team and liaise with the Internal Communications Business Partner for HR&O as well as the overall HR change and communications team to align on overall HR messaging and timing of activities. You will translate the overarching change and communications approach into a concrete plan and drive the execution of the communication activities to ensure our key stakeholders in ASML worldwide (employees, managers and HR) adopt the new ways of working and systems.

Profiel

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Journalism.

Experience

  • 8 years' proven experience and track record in developing and implementing internal (change) communications plans in an international environment.
  • Experience in working within the HR or IT sector is preferable. 
  • Proven track record in hands-on development of powerful creative communications that positively impact attitudes and behaviors.
  • Preferably within an engineering field and a strong affinity with the engineering mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of internal communication channels.
