In this role, you have the opportunity to
Operate in all entities within Philips, and act within an advisory role as a Quality & Regulatory Business Partner.

You are responsible for
• Support the Business Transformation and capabilities in meeting the Solution& Services specific regulatory requirements: Systematically design quality in all end-to- end processes.
• Deploy and maintain the End- to- End compliance framework for Lifecycle Services, Professional Services, and Managed Services or Solution Delivery requirements while meeting the regulatory standards and requirements rules for Solutions.
• Deploy and maintain the Quality management system framework for Solutions through its full lifecycle, following the Philips Quality Management Strategy.
• Monitor the operational compliance of the integrated Solutions and services, using the selected application eGRC (training provided).
• Provide guidance to the Client delivery managers to ensure the solutions are meeting the regulatory standards and requirements rules for Solution.
• Support the deployment and the adoption of the Q&R Solution framework across Markets and the Businesses.
• Report on a regular base the assessment outcome per Market and Business and escalate in case compliance issues.
• Apply Lean / Pride methodologies to enable the process continuous improvement.
• Support the Services and Solutions delivery Business Partners in their deployment programs to ensure the regulatory requirements are met.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent, ideally in a related field
• Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related regulatory and quality experience in a highly regulated environment
• Quality and Regulatory Expertise

• Compliance risk management
• Process Quality assurance

In this role, you have the opportunity to
In your role, you will be making a meaningful impact with an effective dashboard, customized report and data monitoring. This will bring visibility on the process maturity, status on activities and highlight areas for improvement and serve better our customers by ensuring we deliver compliant solutions, which are safe for the patient.

You are responsible for
• Build a dashboard to measure the adoption of the standard process and tool (using QlikSense and Sales Force.com, Aptus, QCM Trackwise, RSA Archer, LSP 360)
• Collect data and information from our main system applications
• define user requirements for reporting within our team
• Create customized reports with combined database
• maintain the customized reports and document in Quickcard the process
• Provide global visibility on the dashboard
• Engage with our stakeholders in the solution space
• Share meaningful trends of Solutions assessments
• Provide visibility on Issues and closure trends
• Contribute to the communication package
• Monitor the adoption of the stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Master in Data Analytics
• Master in Business in Intl Relations
• Technical experience in dashboard , systems interfaces, data analytics App such as QlikSense & SFDC
• Knowledge in Project management skills
• Communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Lean and continuous improvement (optional)
• Notions of a highly regulated environment (optional)
