Do you want to Copywrite to attract more potential colleagues? This is your chance to use your skills within English Copywriting.


The Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing team develops, designs, and implements strategies to attract the most qualified candidates. You'll collaborate with a small team of marketers to use advertising and social media to bring our employer value proposition to life. Concept new material, repurpose existing content, write copy, and manage the content calendar for online, social media, employee advocacy, and CRM platforms through EMEA would be your top priorities.

  • Think outside the box when it comes to delivering messages in fresh and convincing ways, both online and through other platforms.
  • Work on understanding the value propositions, strategic strategy, and differentiation strategy, as well as how to implement a messaging structure and plan most effectively.
  • Write copy for external and internal communications, such as internet, social media, and email, with an emphasis on external communications.
  • Collaborate with the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition teams to identify target segments, their needs, and the best ways to meet them.
  • In all of your work, use a key messaging strategy for divisions, programs, and solutions.
  • Creating straightforward and compelling copy that raises awareness, piques attention, and motivates people to take action.
  • Choose suitable existing imagery and/or give a designer/photographer a briefing.
  • Update messaging and information in existing content, as well as build fresh, strong, and engaging content.
  • Use search engine optimization strategies.
  • Make sure the copy is free of errors in spelling and grammar.
  • Work within deadlines.

  • Good remunerations


  • 2-3 years of storytelling and copywriting expertise that captivates and motivates people to take action. It's preferable to write for an employer brand or an internal communication team.
  • A bachelor's degree in journalism, English, marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English as a first language. It's a plus if you can communicate in German.
  • A very high bar and a firm belief in the importance of small details
  • Fast and effective, with project/time management skills; deadline-oriented
  • Capable of building partnerships and a real desire to listen to stakeholders in order to achieve a better understanding - In your resume, please provide a link to your online portfolio.
