Due to a maternity leave Bosch is looking for an interim Finance Administrator for the period of 15/3 - 15/8.
It concerns a backoffice support function in the field of Finance Administration/Treasury.
Our client manufactures auto parts. The Company offers electric drive, industrial hydraulics, and tightening technology products, as well as software development, engine management, and building technology.
- Start date: 15-3-2021
- End date: 15-8-2021
- Option to extend: Depending on maternity leave end
- Hours per week: 20 hours
- Tracing and filing of related Intercompany loan documents
- Monthly FX revaluation and bank reconciliation
- WHT: support to trace + collect WHT certificates from RG, request certificates e.g. residency from authorities
- Support liquidity reporting
- Data collection in xls and preparation of overviews e.g. credit limits
- Invoice verification
- Support accounting SAP
