Job description

To realise the sales ambitions, People Intouch is looking for a commercial, international and results-oriented consultative sales expert. Together with your team you will be responsible for engaging in long term partnerships with organisations all over the world (e.g. IKEA, BMW, Carlsberg). You will be involved in the entire sales funnel (from cold approach to pitching to preparing RFQ’s).

The sales objectives of People Intouch are clear: structural and quantified growth in the number of customers. Consultative sales and result orientation are competencies that must be in your genes!

Candidate profile

You are a pro-active professional that wants to become a trusted advisor to your clients. You realise that in the world of integrity, where you engage in relationships at board level, ‘sales’ is about consultancy. You passionately want to help your clients. This means no e-mail is good enough until you have answered ‘the why’ behind the clients’ questions and considered various strategies for the best reply. Together with your team you are impressed by every e-mail you send!

Furthermore, you are a team player who inspires and motivates your fellow team members.

You have experience in building your own network and engage in long-term relationships with, for example, Chief Compliance Officers, Chiefs Internal Audit and Chief Legal Officers. You have affinity with or knowledge of governance, risk management and compliance. You also like working internationally and know how to plan your travels effectively and efficiently.

  • 3-6 years of successful commercial experience (consultative sales)
  • Fluent in English (oral & written) and preferably in one other language. Dutch is not required
