About this vacancy
We are looking for a Personal Assistant. In this role you are supporting the CEO and CFO.
- Responsible for the Management team (Commercial Dir. Business Development & Marketing Mgr., Ops. Dir., HR Mgr., BU directors.):
o Diary management, arranging meeting rooms and follow up action points, arranging accommodation
o Point of contact for shareholders and bankers
o Incoming and outgoing correspondence MT
o Travel arrangements, hotels, lunches
o Setting up conference/skype calls in general
o Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
o General filing and administration
- General admin:
o Answering switchboard
o Hosting visitors
- Co-ordination of presents for employees in relation to marriage, birth, illness etc.
- Occasionally arranging private appointments
- Any other business
An international company in Breda.
A temporary contract via YER of 2-4 months with the possibility for a fulltime contract at the client for the permanent position.
