Job description

As a Project Manager Semiconductors you will be working on complex mixed-signal ICs and advanced CMOSS semi-conductor processes. It will be your job to ensure that these products are ready for mass production. To that end, you will manage a multidisciplinary team consisting of application engineers, architects and representatives from various departments: design, IC design, packaging, test and product engineering. You will bear additional responsibility for maintaining communication with interested parties and internal partners such as marketing and management.


You will be employed by YER and seconded at one of our clients. Candidate profile

  • A university degree in electronic engineering for the semi-conductor industry, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience in managing complex technical projects (preferably PMI certification) for large-scale project life cycles
  • Knowledge of change management principles and processes
  • Basic knowledge of all aspects of IC development
  • Possesses the necessary skills to manage, motivate and coach project employees
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills and experience in giving presentations
  • Excellent command of English
  • Experience with multidisciplinary teams and multisites preferred
