We help physicians to decide, guide, treat and confirm the right care in real time during a minimal invasive procedure to enable better outcomes for each patient. You are responsible for
Performs the role of a Verification lead & handle all the verification activities/deliverables of a release. Build complete design verification and product release evidence. Provide product quality insight during the complete project lifecycle. Define and deploy an integration and verification test strategy to enable an efficient and effective product release and aligned with the validation strategy. Realize risk based integration and verification strategy and a resource plan with Work Breakdown Structure.

You are a part of
the verification and validation team of the iApps department in the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Cluster R&D organization. We are a team of highly skilled people in the system verification, usability and validation domain. We are located in Best, The Netherlands and collaborate with other teams globally. We make sure our products exhibit an excellent user experience and support physicians to provide the best treatment in the most demanding conditions, from cardiovascular to oncological and neurological treatment. We are a solution-based, customer-needs driven organization, working seamlessly across organizations to build the IGT of the future!

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Bachelor/Master degree in engineering (e.g. Software, Biomedical)
10+ years of experience on test discipline, test strategy and planning
Experience in healthcare industry is preferred
Experience with performance testing, reliability testing, compatibility testing is required
Experience in application life cycle management tools like ALM/PTC/TFS used for Verification activities
Good understanding of the defect management procedures and tools
Experience with SAFe way of working preferred
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Quality driven, firm decision maker, good influencing skills and customer focus
