As a SBDM, your main responsibility is to establish 6sense's business in the Netherlands. 6sense has already made an entry to the market and is starting their first customer engagements. The next step now is to build a solid customer base to enable accelerated growth. Your main activities in the position include:
- Build a strong sales pipeline by identifying most prominent leads and converting them into prospects and active sales cases
- Generate new sales and growth by closing the deals and contracting new clients
- Working with our delivery team in the customer front to ensure an efficient implementation and scaling of our services
- Managing and farming the local accounts with high customer experience and continuous account growth
In this role you will work in close collaboration with our Nordic sales and marketing team, product delivery, and R&D. 6sense nurtures high-performing team-work and can-do attitude across their organization to achieve joint targets. You report and work closely with Chief Growth Officer in Finland. With business growth in The Netherlands, there will be opportunities to advance into regional leadership roles.

First and foremost, you are passionate about sales! You want to understand 6sense's clients’ current state, needs and pain points. You listen to them well, and efficiently drive cases towards a deal. To be succesful in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of experience in a senior salesrole where you lead your own sales work and deliver strong results
- Fluency in Dutch and English, mastering other languages is a great plus as they are rapidly entering new markets
- Experience in B2B SaaS business: 6sense's solutions are used as operational technology by the clients, and all SaaS experience is regarded as a benefit
- An entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, down-to-earth, and hands-on personality that thrives in the fast pace and agile dynamic of a start-up
