As a consultant in GCO’s Consultancy business unit, you support GCO’s clients’ strategy through collaborating with their key stakeholder panel and GCO Lead Consultants in facilitating their High Impact Meetings. You help them with identifying the goal of the Meeting, set KPI’s, implement tooling to help measure the performance, and advise on adjusting their internal (business) processes or internal structure to boost company's performance and solve their business need. Based on GCO’s in-depth industry specific knowledge and experience you develop, together with the team, future-facing insights, market trends, implications, and recommendations. To be successful in this role you are strong in consultative selling, you have knowledge on how to manage change for GCO’s clients, and you are interested in the technological tooling that is available since your solution for the client is supported in many cases by GCO’s enterprise SaaS products.
GCO Global is a globally operating specialist in setting up Strategic Meetings Management Programs for clients in the pharma & life science sector. With over 80 professionals worldwide (mostly located in the Netherlands), the company consults on best-in-class strategies regarding stakeholder interaction and engagement, ranging from face-to-face to hybrid to fully virtual. - Master's degree
- 1-5 years of experience in the domain of consulting or project management preferably in the Life Science or Pharmaceutical sector
- Ability to assess, analyze, and structure data
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Advanced skills in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)
- Fluent in English
