Paqell is accelerating its mission to enable the transition towards a sustainable energy sector. This has created an opportunity for a Business Development Manager. In this challenging networking role you are responsible for the whole process of business development from market research, acquisition, competition analysis and sales calls to closing agreements. Your goal will be to grow Paqell’s market share by convincing new clients and winning project orders. You will expand the state-of-the-art reputation of Paqell and its brand Thiopaq O&G. You will define market strategies together with competent colleagues, while you are committed to reaching Paqell’s sales targets.
Paqell, joint venture of Shell and Paques, provides biological gas desulphurization solutions. Its environmentally friendly technologies make use of naturally occurring bacteria. Since the first application in 1993 its robust and reliable installations for (bio)gas purification have been built all over the world.
€ 85,000 - € 120,000 OTE - Utrecht
Technical hbo/university degree with solid experience in business development and sales. Strong technical affinity and experience within the oil & gas industry. You are driven, a self-starter and a networker “pur sang” with good communication skills. Entrepreneurial, perseverance, commercial, aimed at cooperation and with a good sense of humour. Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
