For our client, we are searching for a Junior + Full-Stack developer who would love to work on a Data-Driven SaaS platform build with lots of new technologies such as Machine Learning, Event Sourcing, etc. Are you a Full-Stack Developer with knowledge of .NET and front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue this is the right opportunity for you!
Within this role, you will be part of a team of 4 Full-Stack Developers who are building a job platform for students who are graduating to find their first job after graduation. The platform is internationally oriented and now used in 4 countries around the globe, a lot of international-oriented universities are interested in the platform and will soon be onboarded and so the platform will gain a lot of users. In the past year, the development team has created the MVP and the platform itself is now 80% finished. What makes the platform interesting is the matchmaking data engine since it is a platform for graduates who have a basic skill-set and still have a lot to learn but they do have their personalities and that could already match within an organization. So to be able to match these candidates to certain organizations they have created an algorithm with Machine Learning to match their DISC profiles to these organizations and their basic skill-set which they have gained through their studies. Within this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining new features, contacting clients to get requirements for new features. You will work in a Scrum environment with weekly sprints.
Our client is a start-up which has started 4 years ago, the idea is to create a platform to mediate graduates towards their first job purely through the platform. Right now they have created the MVP for their platform and it is almost finished, so at the moment the client is onboarding multiple clients and universities to get the platform going. This company believes that these graduates could already match an organization based on their studies and their personalities, since graduates mostly only have a certain set of basic skills companies are forced to match on personalities that match the hiring manager and the team but also the values of the organization. Normally you can tell if it is a match during interviews but then an organization and a graduate would have to do multiple interviews with each other. So my client has built a solution for these graduates and companies they match on the DISC profiles from these graduates which matches the company values. The start-up itself has grown quite rapidly at the moment they have around 20 employees and they are based in the city center of Eindhoven, this company is a vibrant Start-up with a lot of potential and has an informal atmosphere.

- At least 2 years of experience as either a back-end .NET Developer or as a Front-end Developer
- Bachelor Computer Science
- Back-end knowledge of C# .NET (Azure) and/or Python
- Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- And you have worked in a Scrum/Agile environment
- Eager to learn new technologies
- You are a self-starter
