As a Technician in the System Integration & Pack department (SI&P) you are part of a team of 130+ technicians. Your job is to continuously approve operations in the assembling, powering on and disassembling ASML’s advanced lithography systems. Less down-time, less waste and more output, these are your combined daily goals. Of course, your mindset is always focused on safety and quality. You'll be working weekdays in a two shifts schedule, plus once-a-month a weekend shift.

What you need to have, is a lot of curiosity. With a yearly R&D budget of a billion euro, ASML has a very strong focus on innovation. The machines you will be working with contain techniques so advanced, they could only be dreamed of a couple of years ago. Therefor curiosity is a necessary skill. Just like thinking out-of-the-box and positive teamwork.
- You have a minimum MBO- (associate level) degree or higher (Bachelor) in mechatronics, automotive engineering, aerospace engineering or something similar
- You speak English or Dutch
- Experience in a high-tech production environment (eg cleanroom) is preferred but not necessary
