Tasks & responsibilities
- Independently being responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initiation/lead qualification to contract negotiations, but with the support of specialists throughout our organization
- Proactive market development approach to build a pipeline of opportunities
- Acting as subject-matter expert when discussing client needs and presenting solution demonstrations, ensuring to add value to any customer engagement
- Create tailored offers for clients which represent previous interactions and client needs
- Close sales by successfully negotiating commercial & contractual terms
- Contribute to marketing by creating and sharing content and attending related events
- Stay on top of market developments to identify opportunities & threats in the local market, and propose actions to ensure a competitive offering
RelyOn Nutec is a multinational company specialized in the safety of people and organizations. With a portfolio of practical & theoretical safety training, E-learning and digital solutions, they serve customers in a wide range of safety critical industries, such as Oil & Gas, Wind Energy and Maritime. RelyOn Nutec operates 30+ training centres spread over 20+ countries worldwide.
Their suite of digital solutions offers customers a modular approach to manage their workforce's training, compliance and competence across their business processes while minimizing effort. Moreover, it also includes procedure management and control of work/permit to work functionality to ensure compliance in the operation. These solutions have been acquired in recent years and are currently in the process of going to market.
To further develop their potential in the Netherlands and Belgium, RelyOn Nutec is looking for a (Sr.) Business Development Manager NL + BE.

- Minimum of 3+ years, but preferably 5+ years solution selling experience in a commercial or consultative role
- Fluently Dutch
- Minimum of Bachelor level, preferably Master level diploma or demonstrable work and thinking level
- Knowledge of, or demonstrable affinity with either of the following:
- Software or Digital Solutions
- Safety, compliance or HR
- Oil & Gas, Wind, Energy, Chemical and sort-like industries
