Job description

  • Develop and maintain the overall program plan and approach for Change Skill Building in ONE
  • Drive and lead day-to-day stakeholder management and engagement activities alongside relationship owners
  • Set up and manage the team including delegation of tasks, team hygiene, coaching, development, recruitment and selection of new/changing team members
  • Drive the development and validation of learning materials and guides with key stakeholders
  • Support the delivery of learning assets, content or programs alongside expert facilitators/trainers/moderators
  • Drive the continuous improvement of the overall program design in line with evaluation criteria and participant feedback
  • Identify and mitigate risks/issues for the program and escalate to program owner where required

  • Relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of the effectiveness of different and modern learning methods such as, activation labs, learning teams, demonstrations, on-the-job training, coaching, communities of practice, conferences, and practical workshops
  • Knowledge of key learning models and frameworks such as the 70/20/10 model and Kirkpatrick’s model for learning evaluation
  • Instructional design and learning program management skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Facilitation and presentation skills
