With my extensive experience in the recruitment industry, as Team Lead Operations Limburg, I am involved in managing a team of account managers and recruiters.
Our team focuses on the mediation of hands-on technicians with a mechanical, electrical, mechatronics and / or comparable background within the manufacturing industry or in the field of maintenance. We focus on the province of Limburg and the focus is on the secondment of technical personnel from MBO + level who can be taken over free of charge after a hiring period.
With a clear focus and professional knowledge, we act as a specialized team not only as a sparring partner in the field of recruitment issues, but we are also a sparring partner in the technical and professional field.
I maintain contact with clients and manage relationships with the aim of entering into a long-term strategic partnership. In addition, I perform administrative and commercial activities and act as a centipede, entrepreneur, source of information, relationship manager and service provider.
Taking stock of the staffing needs and bringing together supply and demand are things that give me a lot of energy. In this respect, entering into long-term relationships, commitment and dedication are aspects that are of paramount importance to me as a professional.
