'A candidate is more than simply a CV to me. In fact, I present candidates to clients without a CV more often than with one. This allows me to present them on the basis of their personality, which especially benefits candidates whose career history is less conventional. Basically, I do not want to fail, which is why I really go the distance to successfully complete an assignment. I offer creative contributions when coaching and filling a position, and try to anticipate and manage possible pitfalls in the process.'
