Our client is a high-end telecom provider and is currently looking to find a Change Managener Applications.

Functie

The object of Change Management is to ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all Changes. The change management process facilitates the software development process and is managed within the IT organization in co-operation with the process owner and a group of stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

The responsibility of the Change Administrator is to facilitate the Change Management process within IT by performing the following activities:

The classification of changes based on the feasibility study Manage financial approval process to ensure business justification of the changes Communicate with the business owners regarding the progress of changes Report on performance of change management process Continuously monitor and improve the process

Main Tasks:

Monitor the process of change management by using Remedy asthe internal workflow system Support the Demand Manager, teamleads and Project Managers with regards to the financial administration of changes Make proposal on possible improvements for the change process within IT Create Change Management reports for the Management Team

Requirements:

Knowledge of Prince2 and ITIL, preferably certification (ITIL Practitioner Release and Control) Experienced with workflow systems (Preferably Remedy) High level understanding of IT applications and business areas within telecommunications e.g. customer care, billing, provisioning Experience with Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Excel

Language requirements: Dutch / Englisch, both with good written and verbal capabilities.
