hunters and candidates with a latent interest. Active job hunters
will find your vacancy on the job sites monsterboard.nl and yer.nl,
as well as via Google. Candidates with a latent interest will be
alerted to your vacancy via their own favourite sites, thanks
to
advanced banners on social network and special interest sites.

Millions of people in the Netherlands use the large and
smaller public-oriented sites of ilse media every day looking for
online information, news and entertainment. ilse media's
advertising network comprises more than 100 sites, including nu.nl
and kieskeurig.nl. ilse media has 80% coverage among people in the
Netherlands older than 13. Of these visitors, 8% say they are
actively looking for work and 54% have a latent interest in
vacancies. Absolute visitors: 8,8 million. Page views: 1,066

Telegraaf Media Online
Telegraaf Media Online is the second online publisher in the
Netherlands. The advertising network comprises sites like
Telegraaf.nl, DFT.nl, Sky Radio, Radio Veronica, Autotelegraaf,
Reiskrant and Telesport. Absolute visitors per month: 4.4 million,
page views: 206.9 million.
LinkedIn
This site has grown explosively over the past few years, and even
more in the Netherlands than elsewhere in Europe. With its 570,000
members, the Netherlands is one of the biggest communities on
LinkedIn. The average LinkedIn user is 41 years old, has 15 years
of work experience and earns $ 109,000 per year.
We use this community for recruiting specialists, managers and
directors with a salary indication of more than € 50,000.
Hyves
Hyves has more than 7 million profi les, including around 3 million
unique profi les, making it the largest site in the Netherlands.
Hyves is an online friends network for people up to around 35 years
of age. The average age of Hyves visitors is around 23. Visitors
include a large proportion of higher professional education (48%)
and university (31%) graduates and students. We use Hyves for
vacancies aimed at starters or candidates who are about to make
their second or third career move.

Google advertising campaign
YER will present your vacancy in Google ads for a period of 1
month. The vacancy will be supported by at least one hundred search
terms and shown at least 50,000 times to relevant Google users, who
will be able to view the vacancy simply by clicking on the banner
and, if interested, click once more to apply via our website. The
advertisement and search terms will be optimised on the basis of
the response.
