YER Breda is easily accessible by train. From Breda Central Station, you can reach
us by bus lines 2, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 131, 133. Alight at Ignatius/Amphia Hospital

  • Walk down the road in the direction for the sports park
  • Turn left at the end of the road
  • Take the second street on the left
  • You will pass the parking lot of the Claudius Prinsen Offi ce Park
  • The second offi ce building is Claudius Prinsen Offi ce Park Building B

By car
From Utrecht:

  • On the A27 motorway, take the Breda/Bavel exit
  • Turn left at the traffi c lights
  • Take the Breda/Bavel exit
  • At the end of the slip road, turn right
  • Turn left at the second set of traffi c lights, into Molengracht
  • Take the fi rst street on the right
  • The second offi ce building is Claudius Prinsen Offi ce Park Building B

From Rotterdam:

  • On the A16 motorway, take the Dordrecht/Breda exit
  • Take the Breda/Rijsbergen exit
  • You are on the "Zuidelijke Rondweg"
  • Take the Breda/Bavel exit, number 15
  • At the end of the slip road, turn left
  • Turn left at the third set of traffi c lights (red fi lling station) = Molengracht
  • Take the fi rst street on the right
  • The second offi ce building is Claudius Prinsen Offi ce Park Building B

From Tilburg:

  • Take the Breda/Utrecht exit
  • Take the Breda exit
  • Turn left at the traffi c lights
  • Take the Breda/Bavel exit
  • At the end of the slip road, turn right
  • Turn left at the second set of traffi c lights, into Molengracht
  • Take the fi rst street on the right
  • The second offi ce building is Claudius Prinsen Offi ce Park Building B

From Antwerp/Brussels:

  • On the A1/E19 motorway, follow the signs for Breda
  • Take the Breda/Rijsbergen exit
  • You are on the "Zuidelijke Rondweg"
  • Take the Breda/Bavel exit, number 15
  • At the end of the slip road, turn left
  • Turn left at the third set of traffi c lights (red fi lling station) = Molengracht
