How do I apply for an advertised
position?
Click on the button "Apply" at the bottom of the listing. You will
be prompted to log in or register. Next, explain your motivation
for applying and click on "Apply." Your application will be sent to
the appropriate consultant and you will receive a confirmation
message by e-mail. You can always call the consultant for more
information about the job or the procedure.
How long will I have to wait to receive a reply to my
application?
If you apply for a position through our site you will receive a
reply within a week. You can always contact the consultant for
information while you are waiting.
I want to apply for several positions; how do I do
that?
You can apply for more than one position simply by responding to
each listing separately.
How do I receive a reply to my
application?
You will always receive a reply to your application within five
days either by e-mail or phone.
What happens to my application; what does the procedure
entail?
The consultant reads and assesses your cover letter and curriculum
vitae. If the consultant feels that you are suitable for the
position, s/he will contact you to arrange for an interview at your
convenience.
With your cooperation the decision will be made either during or
after this interview whether to introduce you to the client.
Prior to the first interview with the client, we
will:
- provide you with detailed information about the company
- provide you with detailed information about the position
- provide you with information about salary and benefits and
other issues that are relevant to you
- inform you about the application procedure: the number of
interviews with the client and who will be interviewing you
- inform you whether the procedure may include an assessment or
psychological test
- provide an indication of the total time that the procedure will
take and when you can expect to receive interim feedback
- provide a YER consultant who will oversee the entire process,
acting as your contact person and advisor.
