As a Business Analyst Approval Package your primary focus is the analysis of credit risk process policies, requirements and wishes, provide solutions and write the functional specifications that directly support the day-to-day Credit Risk Approval Processes of ING's business units. Based on these functional designs implementation, test and communication plans are created. Throughout the entire development and implementation cycle you stay closely involved as the functional ‘owner'.

Job Description
Your key responsibilities are:
Translation of business requirements and Credit Risk Policies into functional specifications; Designing browser based Screens according to defined Look and Feel standards; Assist the teams involved during the delivery and implementation of ‘your' functional specification; Support all involved parties with regard to the available functionality in Approval Package; Provide support to all involved parties to ensure effective and efficient usage of the available features in Approval Package.

ING Credit Risk Infrastructure (CRI) is part of Corporate Credit Risk Management (CCRM) and is responsible for providing efficient and effective credit risk management information, the development and maintenance of credit-risk related applications, credit risk data management and the provision of consolidated credit risk reporting and monitoring for all risk management levels of ING (including insurance, bank and IIM). Openness in communication and "can do" mentality are important characteristics of the department.
CRI/ Pricing and Approval Services (PAS) is responsible for all project related efforts that support the Credit Risk Pricing and Approval processes. There are dedicated teams for business analysis, development, test and support. The spoken and written language is English since we operate in an international environment. Besides the usual Business Analyst work, this also includes providing second line support, participate in implementation efforts, and provide support and guidance for units that require an interface between Approval Package and their local system and promoting the use of CCRM tools.
Agreements
Deta-vast construction. First 6/9 months a contract with YER Interim Management; after this period a contract with ING.
Candidate Profile
- A university level of education in business administration or computer science
- 1-3 years working experience in a similar position
- Fluent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills
- Sound experience in writing functional designs and/or functional change requests
- Are able to coordinate own activities, to set priorities and to gather information from relevant parties regarding these priorities
- Knowledge of testing approach and execution (complex Data Warehouse);
- Knowledge of underlying technical infrastructure (e.g. SQL, XML, Java, Websphere, etc.);
- Take initiative and are willing to pick up other activities where required
- Are communicative, accurate and immune to stressand have no 9-5 attitude
