As a Senior Consultant I have been successful recruiting from professional- till director’s level. For example: Marketing Manager, Category Manager, Brand Manages, Product Manager, Sales Director, (Area) Sales Manager, Account Manager and Communication Manager. Due to my background as an HR Manager, I recruit also HR managers and HR Advisors.
Through the years I build up an extended network in Sales, Marketing and HR. My industry focus is FMCG, Consumer Electronics and Technical- and Financial Services. I work for customers like Global Collect, Maxxium, Imperial Tobacco, Holland Casino, Nikon and Harley Davidson.
After finishing my Bachelor degree at Webster University and Culture, Organization and Management at the VU, I’ve worked as a HR Manager at ASA Studenten Uitzendbureau. In 2000 I start working as a Consultant at the recruitment agency Ranger Consulting. Since 5 years I am a successful consultant for YER.
